Non Functional Requirements

1	The platform can support 200 concurrent voters over multiple days
2	The platform can support 10,000 concurrent users (including observers) over multiple days
3	The platform has a mobile first UI
4	The platform UI looks good on desktop
5	Hosting is provided by the vendor during development, up to the end of the convention, and for 2 months after the convention
6	The vendor is responsible for collecting on-chain data ( e.g. by running a chain follower)
7	The project is open source and the code is published under the Apache 2.0 licence
8	If voters are required to use their wallets to login and vote then there must be compatibility with a wide range of wallets.
9	The tool must be branded with constitutional convention branding
10	Wherever data is being pulled from a database in order to display it then updates to the data must be displayed to the user in under 3 seconds
11	The tool can handle up to one active poll at any one time
