Cardano’s Voltaire - Glossary: key terms explained

Governance tools can be defined as the set of tools that help create and maintain policies, protocols, and procedures within a given framework.

The Voltaire GovTool is the first of these, an initial toolset created through Intersect by its members from the Cardano Community. Its current implementation supports DRep registration, vote delegation, and DRep voting.
