Serving as an administrator in Cardano's funding process, Intersect helps turn community-approved projects into reality by handling the behind-the-scenes work - checking credentials, setting up contracts, and ensuring funds are spent in line with the contract.
Intersect does not evaluate proposal merit or act as a funding body, but ensures that the governance process is carried out with integrity and that delivery is trackable, auditable, and aligned with community decisions.

In December 2025, we sent a survey to all Vendors who use our Administration services. We received a 4.5/5 from our Vendors when asked about the service offering we have provided during August 2024 - December 2024.
Based on 15 / 32 responses (47%) from current Vendors under the Administration function. Our Operational Services team brings over 50 years of combined experience in Project Management, Finance, Technical, IT, Procurement and Commercial.
