No, only individual, enterprise, and seed funder members can apply for a seat.\
Associates are not eligible.

No, it is one member one vote so each member will have one vote for each seat

No, it is one person one seat.

Yes, the community seats for this committee will be part of the election.

<summary>Can an enterprise sponsored members candidate themselves for elections?</summary>

Yes, if you are a member of an organization which is paying for an Enterprise membership and for your membership too, then you can apply to be a candidate and you can also vote in the election.

Please note your affiliation with your organization in the application form.

<summary>If I am elected to a committee seat can I still be part of Working Groups?</summary>

Yes, any member can participate in Working Groups. This is actively encouraged.

<summary>How can I support Intersect as an Associate</summary>

Associates are welcome to participate in Town Halls and Working Groups.

<summary>What happens if I’m elected to both the ISC and another committee?</summary>

If a candidate is nominated or elected to both the ISC and another committee, they are encouraged to prioritize their seat on the ISC. In this case, the candidate would step down from their seat on the other committee, allowing the next eligible candidate to take their place.

<summary>Can I be part of more than one committee if elected?</summary>

While it’s possible, we strongly recommend that community members join no more than two elected committees. Each role typically requires around 20 hours of commitment per month, and taking on more than two could affect your ability to contribute effectively and sustainably.

Yes, the entire end-to-end Intersect Committee Elections process will be audited by DQuadrant. All relevant information and datasets will be appropriately shared with the audit team to ensure transparency and accountability.
