{% endhint %}

* Proposed solutions should reduce one or more barriers to entry for specific groups of people in the Cardano community, such as a language barrier, localisation or technology access.
* The proposal should attempt to quantify how many people/how much stake in the ecosystem is affected by this barrier to entry.
* The proposal should provide a solution to eliminate or vastly reduce the barrier to entry.
* Proposals that include an educational aspect will be considered as an added bonus as we were not able to include all desirable proposals in the educational and multimedia grant category.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.intersectmbo.org/intersect-knowledge-base/archive/cardano-budget-archive/intersect-operational-services/2024-intersect-cdh-and-grant-contracts/2024-cdh-grants/closed-grants/inclusion-and-accessibility-phase-1/functional-requirements.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
