2025 CC Snap Election Overview
Snap Election: Constitutional Committee (November–December 2025)
The CC Snap election Portal can be found HERE
Following a member of Cardano’s Constitutional Committee (CC) retirement, effective 25 November 2025, the Committee will below the minimum size required by protocol parameters. To maintain constitutional continuity and ensure Cardano’s on-chain governance can continue without interruption, Intersect is facilitating a snap election to fill the vacant seat.
This election follows the same principles as the CC election held earlier this year, but in a condensed format given the urgency and importance of restoring the minimum CC membership (committeeMinSize = 7). The successful candidate will serve the remainder of the current term, ending at epoch 653 (6 September 2025).
